I use this therapeutic modality to help the body regain alignment and relieve physical pain.
Rooted in ancient Eastern practices, it integrates massage, acupressure, breathwork, and mindset techniques to promote both physical and emotional release.
This approach supports the nervous system, improves flexibility, and enhances relaxation through intentional touch and conscious awareness.
